Designed for Southeastern Crop Consultants and Irrigation Managers, SIRP will provide a two-day workshop on January 13-14, 2009, at the Park in Camilla, Ga. Participants will cover all aspects of irrigation scheduling for row crops and vegetables. Participants will see and use a variety of commercial sensors, scheduling software, and web-based communications. Sensor installation techniques, so critical to successful operation, will be demonstrated. The workshop emphasis will be how to make these tools work to improve your business.

Automated recording of field sensor readings vs remote automated observations.
