l South Georgia Regional Information Technology Authority (SGRITA) has installed a communications tower at this site as part of its backbone for a regional wireless network.

SGRITA has allowed us to install an AXIS 215 PTZ Network Camera to allow a live view of the SIRP farm. You can adjust the view of the farm from your desktop using the camera's controls. (Users may need to allow installation of a small piece of software to view the live camera image.)

The tower site is a small pecan orchard at the Southeast Corner of SIRP. About ten mature trees make up this grove. Two smaller areas of approximately 80 ft. by 300 ft. are available for planting new trees, vines, or other plant material. This area is served by one riser. The may be primarily a demonstration area.
