The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences operates this state-of-the-art irrigation research and education center as part of their efforts in agricultural irrigation.

The Stripling Irrigation Research Park signals Georgia's commitment to leadership and problem solving in irrigation for a part of the country labeled "humid" but, in fact, chronically short of water.

Located on Ga Highway 37 between Camilla and Newton in the heart of the Dougherty Plain, one of Georgia's most productive irrigated agricultural areas, the facility is readily accessible to farmers, irrigation suppliers, scientists, engineers and others interested in irrigation.

The attached web pages provide access to the research and extension programs of the Stripling Irrigation Research Park, as well as to related research conducted at other locations of the University of Georgia.
