* Vegetables irrigated by drip under plastic mulch include tomato, peppers, eggplant, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and sometimes melons & various greens. Vegetables irrigated by overhead sprinkler include sweet corn, green beans, lima bean, Southern and English pea, watermelons, cantelope, onions, carrots, winter and summer squash, and cucumbers. Many vegetables are double cropped (a Spring and Fall crop in the same year).
