  1. In India-

    Development of molecular markers for monitoring of Indian whitefly - (ICAR, India funded project): The research is aimed towards developing molecular markers specific to B-biotype of whitefly which is a vector of many geminivirus diseases of agronomic importance.

    Development of molecular diagnostic tools for pest and pathogens (ICAR-NATP, India funded project): The project with a number of shortly achievable targets is directed towards designing and development of a range of diagnostic tools for identification of various cotton infesting pests, pathogens and biological pest control agents.

    In USA-

    Molecular mapping of Root Knot Nematode resistant gene in upland cotton.

    Comparative Genomics in cotton.

    Evaluation of DHPLC technique in germplasm characterization.
